By completing this purchase, I enter into the following agreement:

FLOOR CARE AGREEMENT

No shoes shall be worn on the sprung floor except ballet shoes.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

By engaging to rent Pointe 121 studio to you, the undersigned (herein referred to as the “Renter”), hereby state that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payment

A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the total rental payment will be processed as part of the payment made today and a refundable $250 damage security deposit due in full at time of booking. Any cancellation prior to the even must be at least (7) days prior to the rental date in order to secure the return of the security deposit.

Length of Use

Hourly rental periods are 60 minutes. Total hours calculated in one hour increments only. Three consecutive hours minimum required on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals. Studio clean up must be completed by the end of the rental period so please include setup and clean up time in your total rental time. Overtime fees will be assessed at the hourly rate and will be calculated at one hour increments.

Liabilities

Use of the studio and studio equipment is at RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renters hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and / or loss while on the studio building premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent ground in the same condition as they were when Renter arrives. Renter is responsible for any and all damages to the studio property and equipment during the period of the rental. Renter agrees to hold harmless Pointe121, its’ owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to Renter’s self or Renter’s guests while on our premises. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all his / her guests while on our premises. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all guests while on the building premises. Renter agrees that a studio representative will be present in the studio to supervise all activity during the Renter’s use of the studio. Renter understands if the studio representative observes dangerous or negligent practices, behaviors, or activities, the studio representative reserves the right to stop the event or activities and require the Renter and Renter’s guest(s) to leave immediately. However, the studio representative assumes no responsibility to act in such cases. There will be no refund given for these types of incidents.

Damages

Renter will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the entryway, studio, stereo equipment, floors, window, mirror, walls, kitchen, appliances, ceilings, etc. sustained during the Renter’s scheduled studio time and time in the studio. The restroom not for public use. Renter agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by the renters or by performers, collaborators, students or guests invited by the Renter. Full payment for damage shall be made within 30 calendar days of the damage. The damage security deposit will be applied first and the balance to be paid by Renter if cost is higher than the damage security deposit. If no damage are assessed, a separate check will be summitted to the Renter within two weeks of the rental date.
